Processing Guidelines
Recommended Extrusion Temperature /
Zone 1 (Feed): 160-170°C
Zone 2: 170-180°C
Zone 3: 180-190°C
Zone 4 (Die): 185-195°C

Note: Adjust based on equipment and profile design. Pre-drying at 80°C for 2-3 hours recommended to eliminate moisture.
Mould Design Recommendations /
• Standard WPC extrusion dies applicable
• Recommended compression ratio: 2.5-3.0
• Die land length: 15-25mm
• Surface chrome plating recommended for better finish
Thermoforming Capability /
Material can be heated to 120-140°C for thermoforming into curved profiles. Cooling under maintained pressure ensures shape retention. Ideal for custom architectural elements.
Secondary Processing /
